Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules governing the cancellation of and refund for educational services (“Services”) provided by von Becker Consulting LLC (“us”, “we”) to its customers (“you”), as described within vonbeckerconsulting.com
(“the Website”, “our Website”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our services.
Cancellations and changes
Initiated by you
Booked services can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancelling or rescheduling a service within 24 hours of the service will incur a $20 fee. A service cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after it has started.

Initiated by us
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule services. If this happens, we promise do our best to communicate with affected customers and minimize disruptions whenever possible.
Refunds
Any unused, unscheduled service is eligible for a refund within one calendar year of the purchase date. Those services purchased individually will be refunded in full, while the refund amount of a partially-used service bundle will be calculated as the full cost of the bundle minus the cost of purchasing the used services individually (or in a less-bundled way). Used or scheduled services are ineligible for refund.

We understand that life events sometimes cause unintended schedule changes. If you feel like your situation deserves special consideration for deviation from the standard policy described above, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our Website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
