This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules governing the cancellation of and refund for educational services (“Services”) provided by von Becker Consulting LLC (“us”, “we”) to its customers (“you”), as described within vonbeckerconsulting.com (“the Website”, “our Website”). Cancellations and changes
Initiated by you
Booked services can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancelling or rescheduling a service within 24 hours of the service will incur a $20 fee. A service cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after it has started.
To cancel or reschedule a booked service, please use the links provided in the confirmation email or contact your tutor directly.
Initiated by us
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule services. If this happens, we promise do our best to communicate with affected customers and minimize disruptions whenever possible.
Refunds
All payments for services are considered final and are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, whether they are used, unused, scheduled, or part of a bundle.
Special considerations
We understand that emergencies and other extenuating circumstances can occur. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our no-refund policy, please contact us at admin@vonbeckerconsulting.com to discuss the matter.
We review such requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to make a final determination at our sole discretion. Any exceptions granted may be in the form of a service credit or, in rare cases, a partial or full refund.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our Website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
